Jazz Resources Inc. (JZR: TSX-V) reports that Steve May has stepped down as a director to pursue other business opportunities but is staying on as a special advisor to the Company on corporate matters and shareholder communications.

The Company is pleased to announce that Robert C. Klenk, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, will join the Board of Directors along with J. T. Shearer and K. Hannan.

The 16 containers of raw ore arrived in Lianyungang, China on January 26 and have been collected by the consignee.  Sampling of each 2-tonne bag by a 1m spear, 5cm in diameter, has been completed by an independent referee.  Assay results are expected in two to three weeks, after which the final 20% payment can be settled to the Company’s account.

Directors, officers and advisors have been granted 250,000 shares at 10 cents per share for a period of 5 (five) years.  The Company’s AGM is scheduled for March 24, 2016 at 11am.

J. T. Shearer, M.Sc., P.Geo. (BC & Ontario) President/CEO, is the Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 who supervised the preparation of the technical material in this release.
