Jazz Resources Inc. is pleased to report that the previously announced complete Pilot Mill (two-stage flotation) has entirely arrived on Company
owned private land at the town site of Camborne (see News Release of March 23, 2015).  Some assembly will take place over the next few weeks.  Neolife
Holdings has engaged a professional Electrical Engineer to ensure the Chinese components meet CSA Standards and BC Government Health and Safety
regulations.  Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM) inspections will be required before the Mill is able to operate.

Jazz has submitted to MEM a detailed Water Management Plan and design, by Keystone Environmental, of the tailings facility to support the approved
conceptual plans.

Crushing and screening to -inch minus will commence on Tuesday July 21, 2015.  A very detailed sampling program will be conducted on the
crushed product to precisely define the grade of the stockpile.  The assay results of these detail samples are expected by mid-August.
